Project Planning

Know what to bring to the first call.

Whether you have a drawing or a rough idea, a few details help us understand the job and discuss next steps.

Getting started

Three things to share.

01

The work

Describe what you want built, replaced, removed, or repaired. Include approximate measurements if you have them.

02

The site

Share the project location and note access constraints, stairs, or occupied spaces. Photos can help.

03

The timing

Tell us your target dates and whether any other trades or deliveries need to be coordinated.

Planning an outdoor upgrade

Take photos of the space.

For a deck or fence, include a wide shot of the area, close-ups of what needs attention, and a photo of how to get to the site.

Common questions

Before you ask for a quote.

Do I need plans to get in touch?

You can start with a short description and photos. David can tell you what else would help clarify the scope.

Can I ask about a smaller job?

Yes. Telhkem takes inquiries for individual jobs as well as larger renovations.

What if I don’t know my dates yet?

Share the time of year you’re aiming for and whether your schedule is flexible.
